CONTEXT
Following water flows reaching the stairs, the insurance company wanted to obtain evidence to support my statements, in this case the absence of a bathtub cap.
PHOTOS
I took several pictures of the evacuation pipes to prove at that time, the actual condition of the pipes, from all angles.
GAINS AND BENEFITS
It appears that the work carried out did not comply with the work expected by the owner (absence of a cap). The independent observation (in the absence of a technician) reinforced the credibility of this absence of a cap.
