CONTEXT
The IKEA store provides a free trailer loan service for customers wishing to transport their newly purchased furniture.
This service is provided with its partner FREETRAILER which operates without intermediaries. The customer uses the mobile application. It communicates with the trailer box to lock and unlock it.
Before taking the trailer I took care to take some pictures around. Indeed, if the previous client left it with technical impacts or facts, I risk being implicated. To solve this problem, I take as many pictures as possible.

GAINS AND BENEFITS
If the repairs are charged to me, the amounts can go up very high. The trailer service provides an optional insurance. But the impacts may be at my expense. The criteria and conditions of coverage are not always to the benefit of the insured!
